According to the report of GMA News Online, some of the names included in President Rodrigo Duterte's drug list had already taken drug tests.
Prior to this announcement, National Capital Region Police Office Director Chief Superintendent Oscar Albayalde confirmed that the police does have a list of celebrities allegedly involved in drugs, but he underlined that it was still being validated.
The release of this list remains a hot debate in the showbiz industry.
Among those who said it would be best not to release it were Robin Padilla and Vilma Santos.
But the decision to disclose this information will depend on either President Duterte or Philippine National Police Chief Ronald dela Rosa.
